Our Commitment

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, an internationally recognized standard for web accessibility. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix, so we review the Site regularly and make improvements as we find issues.

What We’re Doing

  • Using clear headings and a logical page structure so the Site works with screen readers

  • Adding descriptive text (alt text) to project photos and images

  • Keeping text readable, with attention to color contrast and resizable text

  • Making navigation, menus, and forms usable with a keyboard

  • Labeling form fields clearly so they work with assistive technology

  • Writing link and button text that makes sense out of context

  • Testing pages on desktop and mobile devices

Accessibility Toolbar

The Site includes WordPress Accessibility Toolbar. It lets you adjust things like text size, contrast, spacing, and link highlighting to suit your needs. The toolbar is an extra convenience and does not replace the accessibility work we do on the Site itself.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. Areas we’re still working on include:

  • Third-party content, such as the embedded Google Map on our Service Area page and embedded social media content, which is controlled by those providers

  • Older images and documents, which may be missing full descriptions or may not be fully accessible

  • Downloadable files, such as PDFs, which may not be fully accessible to screen readers

If you run into a barrier on any page, please let us know and we’ll work to fix it.

If you have trouble using any part of the Site, or you need information in a different format, contact us and we’ll help. Please include the page address (URL), a description of the problem, and the device or assistive technology you were using, if you can.
