1) Speech Therapist  

Pay range : Pay will be BY VISIT and range from $75.00 – $100.00 per visit

Admin time will be paid at $38.00 per hour. ***

Mileage reimbursement : Highest allowable IRS rate

Job description

• Provide initial, ongoing, comprehensive assessments of the patient’s needs including all OASIS time points
• Assist in development and implementation of the interdisciplinary patient specific plan of care
• Provide interventions and goals to improve therapeutic speech and swallowing difficulties, cognitive re-training.
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings, staff meetings, in-services per agency requirements
• Document timely for all visits
• Communicate weekly with care team
• Pay: $75.00 – $100.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

  PHYSICAL THERAPIST JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health record systems.
