1) Director of Nursing Job Description and Duties
· The Director of Nursing is responsible for coordination of care and is a liaison for patient and clinician oversight.
· Available for oversight during all working hours of the agency.
· The Director of Nursing will assist with committees, development of policies and guidelines for and obtaining input from clinical personnel and providing professional input to related administrative systems.
· The Director of Nursing will assist with chart audits, field clinician supervisory visits, orientation, education, overflow of patient visits in the field if needed and triage of field clinician questions.
· Assists with coordination of orientation and in-service programs.
